Dear Sir, 

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to you as the Head Prefect of our school, and I would like to bring to your attention two pressing problems that we are facing in our school, and I believe the Parent-Teacher Association can help us resolve these issues.

The first issue is the shortage of classrooms. Our school has been growing rapidly over the past few years, and we are now facing a significant shortage of classrooms. This is causing a lot of inconvenience to both teachers and students, as they have to conduct lessons in cramped and overcrowded spaces. This situation is affecting the quality of education that we are providing, and we believe that it is imperative to address this problem as soon as possible.

The second problem is the inadequate sports facilities. Our students are very passionate about sports and physical activities, but our current facilities are not adequate to meet their needs. The equipment is outdated, and the field is in dire need of maintenance. This is making it difficult for our students to practice and improve their skills, which is affecting their physical and mental well-being.

I believe that with the help of the Parent-Teacher Association, we can find a solution to these problems. Your support and assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated and will go a long way in ensuring that our students receive the best possible education and environment.
