Accra

Greater Accra Region

Dear Sir,

THREE PROBLEMS WORRYING PUPILS IN AMASAMAN PREPARATORY SCHOOL.

I am writing to bring to your attention some of the concerns that the students of our school have been facing. As the Senior Prefect, it is my responsibility to ensure that the students' voices are heard and their issues are addressed.

Firstly, I would like to raise the issue of the poor state of our school library. The library lacks updated books and resources, and this has made it difficult for students to conduct research and study effectively. We would be grateful if the district assembly could allocate some funds towards improving the library facilities in our school.

Secondly, we have been experiencing a shortage of classrooms, especially for our senior high school students. This has resulted in overcrowded classrooms, which has made it difficult for teachers to effectively manage and teach the students. We request that the district assembly considers building additional classrooms to ease this problem.

Lastly, the school compound lacks proper lighting, which has made it difficult for students to move around the school at night. This is a safety concern for the students, and we would appreciate it if the district assembly could install some lights around the school compound.

I hope you will take these concerns seriously and take the necessary action to address them. We believe that by working together, we can create a better environment for our students to learn and thrive.

Thank you for your attention.

Yours faithfully,

Yaw Mintah Amadu

Senior Prefect, Amasaman Preparatory School.
